The best way to portray the essence and mood of a home is with high quality video. It’s the best way to truly get an understanding of the property.
My goal for every project is to to create an emotional story that sticks with the viewer. This is done with fine tuned color correction and precise clip selection so every scene is vibrant and has a purpose.

Below is a sample of the products I’m offering. The full video will dive deep into a complete walkthrough of the property and surrounding neighborhood (if applicable). The one minute social media video is a great option for smaller properties and will show a few of the best highlights that the house has to offer.

Shoot
Since I do photos, video, and aerials you’ll just need to schedule one day for complete content. I prefer filming in the morning and afternoon when the sun is low and casts the best light throughout the home.
Receive
Once the project is fully shot you’ll receive the photos in 1-3 business days and the video in another 1-3 business days.
